UESD eduroam WiFi Setup

Prerequisites

University Credentials

Your eduroam login from UESD
Email: username@uesd.edu.gh

Internet Connection

Wi-Fi or mobile data required for initial setup

Optional

Google Play Store access to install the eduroam CAT app

Set Your Password

  1. Click the button below to set your password
  2. When prompted, click "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter your UESD email username@uesd.edu.gh
  4. Check your email and change the password

Android Setup
Install the eduroam CAT App
Open Google Play Store
Search for “eduroam CAT” or “geteduroam”
Download and install the app
Configure eduroam Using the App
Launch the eduroam CAT app
Search for University of Environment and Sustainable Development
Tap the university name and accept the Agreement
Username: username@uesd.edu.gh
Password: [your password]
Tap Log in to continue
Connect to eduroam
Go to Settings → Wi-Fi
Select eduroam from the list
Your phone should connect automatically
iOS Setup
Visit the eduroam CAT Website
Open Safari or any browser
Go to: https://cat.eduroam.org
Tap "Click here to download your EDUROAM installer"
Find Your University
Search for University of Environment and Sustainable Development.Tap once it appears
Download and Install Profile
Tap the iOS download option
Wait for "Profile Downloaded" message
Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management
Tap the downloaded eduroam profile
Tap Install (top right) and confirm
Enter Your Credentials
Username: username@uesd.edu.gh
Password: [your password]
Tap Log in to continue
Connect to eduroam
Go to Settings → Wi-Fi
Select eduroam from the list
Your device should connect automatically
Windows Setup
Download eduroam Installer
Open any browser and visit:
https://cat.eduroam.org
Click "Download your eduroam installer"
Search for University of Environment and Sustainable Development
Run the Installer
Locate eduroam-W10-UESD-EDUROAM.exe in Downloads
Right-click → Run as administrator
Complete Installation
Click through setup wizard (accept all prompts)
Accept terms of use
Enter Credentials
Username: username@uesd.edu.gh
Password: [your password]
Click Install to continue
Connect Automatically
Installation completes automatically
eduroam will auto-connect (check system tray)
